Coconut Cashew Cream is a delicate, sweet blend of organic really raw cashews from Flores Indonesia, organic raw coconut butter and organic raw agave syrup from Mexico. This buttery cream is heavenly and it literally melts in your mouth.
In addition to its amazing flavour, Coconut Cashew Cream is an excellent source of copper, phosphorous and lauric acid. Our really raw cashews are hand shelled by the growers in Flores, and are not steamed out of their shell like other 'raw' cashews (see the video in the video link above to see them being shelled). Due to the fact that they are cold processed they have a completely different flavour from other "raw" cashews, they are so sweet and creamy.
Use as a spread or eat directly from the jar. Can be used as an icing for cakes or muffins and as a fruit fondue - warm the cream to between 28-40ºc. Then dip the fruit into the cashew cream and refrigerate until the cream sets.
