Raw Organic Olives, grown about 100 kilometers south of Lima, Peru on a permaculture farm established by Jose Vico and his family in the desert.
Our olives are hand picked, cured in sea salt and pure Peruvian spring water. They have a deliciously surprising olive flavour without any bitterness. They are totally unique and you need to try them for yourself.
A Family labour of Love
When Jose's wife Margit was asked why their olives are so special, she said there is of course Jose's amazing compost and special organic sprays but above all else it is the love that Jose puts into every one of the trees.
